It also prepares travellers for critical incidents, including terrorist events, sexual harassment, and medical emergencies.

Certification
Candidates who complete the course and achieve a minimum score of 75% on the final assessment will receive a certificate of completion, valid for two years. Recertification is required upon expiration.
