
LEVEL 2 INTERNATIONAL AWARD IN SECURITY GUARDING
This qualification has been developed for those looking to become security guards. Topics covered include the role of a security officer, patrolling, basic search procedures, technology in the security environment and responding to alarm activations. The Level 2 International Award in Security Guarding is accredited and recognized internationally and has been developed to protect customers, brand reputation and profits.

Course Duration

Course numbers: 6-12 students per instructor

All students wishing to attend this course must hold a current emergency first aid certificate as a minimum.
Assessment/Certification
It is divided into 3 units and is assessed through 3 multiple-choice examinations.

On successful completion of the course students will be awarded certification. Annual refresher training is recommended or when current guidelines are changed
